If there is one thing most of our customers have in common, it is to promote the health and well-being of their customers through their products; and it is on this premise that we formulate and develop products to contribute to the achievement of this goal. A large part of our R&D resources are devoted to developing prescription lines that combat the harmful effects of modern life, such as chemical abuse, pollution, poor diet, sedentary lifestyles and stress on people’s health.
We contribute to inclusive and fair quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. We have collaboration agreements with universities, non-profit organizations and governmental entities to promote access to education and increase the number of young people and adults with relevant skills and abilities. We also collaborate with vocational training centers for internships in different degrees with the consequent hiring in most cases, providing an opportunity for many people to enter the labor market for the first time.
We practice gender equality with promotion and equal employment opportunities for women in a diverse workforce. We have established an equality plan and are proud to have 50% women in management positions. In total, we have more than 40% women in our workforce and we aim to improve it every year. We are convinced that training in professions historically occupied by men, such as science or engineering, is fundamental for women to be able to develop professionally in all the areas they wish, and even to be pioneers in occupying positions of responsibility so far occupied by men.
We strive every day to manage water sustainably and ensure its availability and sanitation for all. We have reduced environmental pollution by reducing the use of chemicals and hazardous materials, especially in cleaning products. We have a cistern for the decanting of fats in the production of cosmetics, in such a way that we avoid the contamination of water with this waste. In short, we encourage the habit of recycling in our daily work.
We have recently invested in the installation of solar panels, thereby improving energy efficiency and increasing the proportion of renewable energy production compared to the energy consumed. We also require our suppliers to be aligned with our sustainability policy in this regard.

We extend and follow our waste disposal plan on an annual basis. We study and develop reports on the shelf life of products. We do more and better with less.
